Among these changes, one of the most important concerns <strong data-start=\"3148\" data-end=\"3173\">CNSS contributions<\/strong> :<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3432\"><strong data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3246\">Higher contributions for self-employed workers<\/strong> The self-employed are now required to pay a compulsory monthly contribution, even if they have no employees. This includes health and retirement benefits.<\/li><li data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3432\"><strong data-start=\"3435\" data-end=\"3491\">Extended pension rights for employees<\/strong> Companies must ensure that their employees are properly registered with the CNSS and benefit from all pension and health insurance rights.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3670\" data-end=\"3891\">These new obligations require companies to review their accounting and administrative practices.
